Barrett.The NET Team: NET (National Evangelization Teams) Ministries of Canada is a non-
profit youth and family ministry that challenges youth Catholics and Catholics to love
Christ and embrace the life of the Church. The team members, aged 18-30, are excited
about their Catholic faith, love Jesus Christ and know how to put their faith into action.
Well-versed in Scripture and trained in youth and family ministry, the teams proclaim the
Gospel using drama, music, presentations, and games. The teams give Catholic youth
and Catholics the clear message: "God loves you. He is merciful. He has a plan for your
life and is inviting you to follow Him." The NET team will be in Holy Guardian Angels
Parish to conduct a RETREAT FOR FAMILIES. Please pray that our families will more
fully experience the love of God as they attend this retreat. Pre-registration is necessary for all families, including families with confirmation candidates. To pre-register your
family ($20.00 per family-payable at the door; registration deadline EXTENDED to
April 16), please contact Carolyn Cook at carolyn.cook@seaside.ns.ca.
WHERE: L'Ardoise Community Center. When: Tuesday, April 17th. The retreat begins
at 4 p.m. Pot-Luck Supper at 5:30 p.m. Mass at 8:30 p.m. Retreat ends at 9:00 p.m.
This retreat is for all ages! If you can't be there exactly at 4 p.m., don't be square. Come
when you get home! Food donations for the Pot Luck can be dropped off at the

Speaker - Elly Gotz. Elly Gotz was born in 1928 in Kovno, Lithuania. He spent his
teenage years in concentration camps in Kovno and later in Dachau, Germany, where he
was liberated in 1945 by the American army. This event will take place in the Temple
