First Anniversary Mass: A first anniversary Mass for Florence Parry will be held on Tuesday, March 14th at 7 p.m.

starting at 7:00 p.m. Prizes: $100.;
$60.; $40.; The Jackpot is $655.00 & we have 2 Cookie Jars: 1st is $1,000.00

Healing Mass: The healing Mass is scheduled for Monday, March
27th at 7 p.m. Storm date - Monday, April
3rd at 7 p.m.
Adult Choir Practice: Monday, March 20 at 6 p.m. to prepare for Holy Week and the Easter season.
World Day of Prayer 2006:I would like to thank Jean Pottie for
helping to organize the World Day of Prayer;
the ushers who passed out the programs and took up the collection; Jane Martell
for helping to plan the music,
and the choir for a job well done.. .Fr. Barrett. A total of $438.00 was raised
and sent to the Women's Inter-
Church Council of Canada. Dr. Thomas Turay writes, "I would like to take
this opportunity to express our
sincere thanks for inviting us to participate in your World Day of Prayer celebration.
We enjoyed every moment
of our visit, and fellowship with some of your parishioners and members from
other churches. We glorify
God's name for such a wonderful and spiritual opportunity."

World Youth Day 2008: If any young people (ages 15 to 32)
would like to go, the deadline for letting
Carolyn Cook know is Easter (April 16th). She can be reached @587-2422.
Our next initiative will be the
Vesey's Seeds Spring Bulbs Fundraiser. It will start toward the end of
the month, with the orders arriving in
May. We have placed a box at the main entrance of the Church for Canadian Tire
Money. We will be
collecting this money until late spring. The money will be used to purchase
some of the prizes for our
Merchandise Bingo (Details at a later date). Besides the fundraising
efforts, there is also an account set up at
the East Coast Credit Union (L'Ardoise). Cash donations can be made directly
at the Credit Union and a receipt
will be issued. Also, people can give through the Sunday collection. Please
put your church envelope # on your
donation. Thanks.
Surplus Tables at the Community Center will be sold for $20.00
each - First come first served on Sunday
March 12th 1:30p.m. Tables must be removed from Center at time of sale. Finance

Benefit /Auction in aid of Reg Lahey diagnosed with Multiple
Sclerosis. He is undergoing physiotherapy and
requires special equipment - at the L'Ardoise Community Center on Saturday,
March 25 from 2-6 p.m. Come
