My name is Cécile Samson, I live on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia. I grew up in Aylmer, Québec then moved to Ottawa when I was 8 years old. After High School I went to Algonquin College to take Commercial Arts and Fine Arts. Later, moved to Toronto (Scarborough) Ontario, then left the rat race to move here in the beautiful, picturesque and quiet life of Cape Breton Island in Nova Scotia. I now have two daughters and I realize that this part of the country is the ideal place to raise children. They have great pride of who they are. They learned the life of the many cultures such as French, Scottish, Mi'kmaq and many more and of a rich and proud Celtic heritage.
